Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr known by stage as Shatta Wale is set to perform at the upcoming IRAWMA Awards event set to happen this Sunday.
Rapper Sarkodie and Reigning Ghanaian Dancehall icons Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale were nominated for this year’s International Reggae And World Music Awards (IRAWMA).
Amongst the three “S” artistes, Charles Nii Armah Mensah got the highest nomination this year grabbing 2 nominations in the categories for Best African Dancehall Entertainer and Visual Entertainer.
Other notable names to perform include Beenie Man, Ziggy Marley, D’Angel and many others.
The virtual International Reggae and World Music Awards (IRAWMA) will be broadcasted from Jamaica on Sunday, May 16, 2021. The theme for this year’s IRAWMA is “Reggae & World Music Still Rise.
