American Based Ghanaian Gospel artist, Sonnie Badu talks about how he got to know his industry colleague, Piesie Esther.
Speaking to Kwame Dadzie in a recent interview on “ShowbizA-Z” on Joy, the gospel act stated that, he didn’t know of Piesie Esther until her “Waye mi yie” song.
According to the Sonnie Badu, Piesie Esther’s fame she’s enjoying now comes as a result of a well-packaged artist. Adding that, he didn’t know who the “waye me yie” hitmaker was until he heard a lot of people talk about the song and making a buzz around it as well.
“I didn’t know about Piesie Esther until I heard a lot of people talking about “Waye mi yie” so I had to look for it. Piesie is well packaged, from visuals to graphics to everything”. The gospel singer told the host
The multiple award winning singer further noted urging the Piesie’s team to continue the good work they’re doing with her brand to ensure they get her to the top.
“So whoever is behind her team, they got to push her because the visuals are good, the graphics are good and she’s a showgirl”. The “Baba” crooner added.
