Akotolante, a community in Accra, Clothed and fed a thief after he was caught stealing from them.
Community or society theft is one of the most common things you will find in this country either because of economic hardship or lack of jobs. what makes people act in such manners is still is a mystery.
The people of the Akotolante community caught a thief and decided to give him a job to do, cloth him and feed instead of going by the most common mob justice.
According to report from the community, it’s a decision by the community members not to resort to mob justice for such happenings but rather will give the person a job which is cleaning gutters and other things to improve the community.
