Afrobeat singer and songwriter Camidoh has made a bold and controversial statement about fellow musician Shatta Wale.
Since the reggae dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale reemerged in 2013, he has built a controversial brand for himself which a lot of people criticized him for while others also says that’s what work for him.
The multiple times award winner was recently called the most confused and inconsistent musician in Ghana by entertainment pundit Arnold Asamoah Baidoo which spark fire on social media and the traditional media as a whole.
The “Dance With Me” hitmaker, Camidoh has also added his voice to the Shatta Wale saga of him being controversial and how he behave.
Speaking to YouTuber, Kwadwo Sheldon, he revealed that Shatta Wale is one of the reasons why the music industry is not getting investors. He said;
” Me in particular, I’m not a fan of Shatta Wale of how he portray himself and behave. It’s just like a banker, you can’t just wear anything to work, you can’t just behave anyhow but if you behave anyhow and speak anyhow, it makes the craft look like some non serious stuff and like we are just joking. Those behaviors make investors see us as jokers”.
