Legendary gospel musician, Yaw Sarpong has stated that, Sarkodie is the only musician who came to his aid after he had an accident.
Few weeks ago, it came to the public space that, Yaw Sarpong and Maa Tiwaah of Yaw Sarpong and Asomafo fame were caught up in an unfortunate incident, that is, they were involved in an accident but fortunately both escaped death.
The ‘Wo Haw Ne Sen’ hitmaker in an interview disclosed the only musician who helped him when he had the accident was Sarkodie.
“The only musician who helped me is Sarkodie, the money he gave me was beyond my expectations. He is a different person, when I hear people talking about him differently, I sometimes wonder. If you are closer to him, you will notice a different person. I’m yet to see any Ghanaian musician who is humble and respectful like Sarkodie”, he said.
He further stated that people don’t really know the kind of person Sarkodie is that’s why they talk ill about him and that no Gospel artiste came to his aid during his trying times.
