Rapper Sarkodie says his craft is no more about passion alone but has also now moved to business.
As most people say, if you don’t have passion for something, you can never do it and music is not am exception.
Sarkodie on KalyJa’s Space revealed that, for him as an artiste, it’s no more about passion alone but rather the business aspect of the music has been added to his craft and brand.
Many questions have been raised when music is mentioned, whether you can make a living out of it as a profession or you need side jobs before you can succeed.
As a musician, it is no more about you going to the studio to record and enjoying the fame but there’s a business aspect of the craft that you need to learn and add to your craft. He said;
” I started writing whenever I was going through things and then it started as a passion and then moved to business”.
He also stated that you can make through music when you learn the business aspect of the craft and not only the fame that comes with it.
