“When I won the most popular song of the year, I was surprised, but I was happy and excited. It was an excitement despite being surprised. The song has done amazingly well” she said.
When asked further if she has someone in mind that she thought should have won, she said no. She said:
“It’s Adom. it was that song, when you pray for something and God answers that prayer, sometimes you become surprised. it was that feeling not because it didn’t deserve it and that feeling was why she was surprised”.
